    Job Summary:

    The Director of Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Cardiology is directly responsible for all clinical and non-clinical staff assigned to the units.

    The Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the clinical care and the day to day operations of the department, maintaining staffing, staff education, budgeting and fiscal needs, payroll, patient throughput, case load, inventory, quality improvement and tracking initiatives, and interdisciplinary relationships to achieve departmental goals.


    Qualifications License, Education and/or Experience Required:
    A Bachelor s degree in nursing is required.

    Masters in nursing is preferred, AND three to five (3-5) years of nursing leadership experience, of which at least one year was in a Cardiac Cath Lab; OR equivalent education and experience.

    Active Current RN License

    This position is Exempt and the pay range is:
    - depending on education and experience.
