- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Interview and hire for internal, corporate positions
- Interface with customers
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with little oversight
- Attention to detail and a mature and excellent communicator
- Punctual (on time) and responsive calls and e-mails
- Able to multi task and balance your workload
- Willing to hustle and do it all to get the job done (no task is "Beneath" you)
- Need to genuinely like working with people and helping them to find work all with a caring, inclusive and respectful attitude
