    The Role:

    Working with minimal supervision, you will engage in intricate fabrication tasks related to control panels and systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assembling electrical components, units, subassemblies, and wiring.
    • Aligning, positioning, and adjusting components and electrical parts to aid in wiring and assembly processes.
    • Wiring elaborate control panels and systems according to provided guidelines, drawings, and instructions promptly and accurately.
    • Effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, excelling in fast-paced environments, and delivering cost-effective outcomes within specified deadlines.
    • Producing control panels as per project requirements under the guidance of a Supervisor.
    • Interpreting and comprehending electrical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, mechanical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
    • Maintaining and updating electrical and mechanical drawings to accurately reflect the finalized products.
    • Adhering to 3rd party standards, NEC code, and other relevant regulations and codes.
    • Following and understanding quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met.
    • Engaging in communication with Supervisors, Leads, and Engineers regarding work status, quality concerns, and design matters.
    • Performing routine maintenance on machines/tools as per schedule and TPM requirements.
    • Collaborating both independently and within a team to introduce quality and efficiency enhancements.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Possibly undergoing cross-training to showcase proficiency in all essential departmental functions at different workstations to meet production demands.
    • Cultivating and nurturing interpersonal connections, offering training to others as needed.
    • Maintaining a tidy work environment devoid of unnecessary materials.
    • Backing and being actively involved in company, departmental, and safety protocols, initiatives, and programs.

    Required Skills

    Qualifications, Skills

    • Preferred: Associate technical degree.
    • Ability to mount components onto panels or equipment.
    • Proficiency in utilizing electronic and pneumatic tools for assembly purposes.
    • Skills in performing basic mathematical operations and using various measuring devices to ensure compliance with drawing dimensions and standards.
    • Capability to interpret and understand documents such as blueprints, wiring diagrams, safety rules, work orders, and manuals; strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Attentiveness to detail, prioritization skills, and meeting deadlines consistently.

    Required Experience

    • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
