    Service Lane Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Service Lane Manager to oversee the service department at Genesis of Charlotte. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of service advisors and technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of service advisors, ensuring they operate efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of appointments and ensure timely completion of services, optimizing service lane performance.
    • Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues, providing a positive experience for all Genesis customers.
    • Training and Development: Train and mentor service department staff, promoting growth and development within the team.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a service department management role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
    • Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry developments.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
