    This position is partially remote. The pay range for this position is between $132,515 - $147,240 annually.

    Summary

    The Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure & Networking will oversee and manage the organization's IT network and infrastructure, focusing on maintaining and enhancing systems that support our dynamic business environment.This role is predominantly hands-on, requiring a proactive and direct approach to our technical needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the networking and application support within our organization. This includes, but is not limited to, actively managing and troubleshooting network systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications, and providing immediate support when issues arise. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and possess a strong understanding of both networking and application maintenance.

    Primary Duties
    • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, which includes Exchange Online, Office 365, Active Directory, VMware, VXRail, and storage solutions such as SAN/NAS.
    • Networking: Lead the management and optimization of our Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
    • Cloud Services: Manage and optimize Azure cloud services, ensuring effective integration with our on-premises infrastructure.
    • Data Protection and Recovery: Implement and oversee Veeam backup solutions and robust disaster recovery plans to safeguard company data.
    • IT Service Management: Employ ITIL best practices in service delivery, ensuring high service quality and efficiency.
    • Project Management: Lead IT projects, providing clear direction and guidance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering an environment of growth, retention, and high performance. Handle change and uncertainty with ease, providing stability and direction.
    • Customer Service Orientation: Maintain a strong customer-service focus. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, delivering clear, succinct messages both verbally and in writing.
    • Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Involved in IT infrastructure budgeting, cost analysis, and optimization, ensuring value for money and ROI on IT investments.
    • Change Management: Adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs, ensuring the IT infrastructure evolves in alignment with company goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, and build and maintain relationships with other IT leaders, business partners, and third-party vendors to develop a clear understanding of business needs and ability to respond with agility to changing priorities.
    • Required Skills and Experience:
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and networking in a medium to large organization.
    • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco and Meraki networking, VMware, VXRail, SAN/NAS storage, Azure cloud services, and Veeam.
    • Strong background in ITIL practices and project management.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
    • Minimum of 11 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and networking in a medium to large organization.
    • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco and Meraki networking, VMware, VXRail, SAN/NAS storage, Azure cloud services, and Veeam.
    • Strong background in ITIL practices and project management.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
