- Assist current site editors with editing requirements.
- Engage in bi-weekly website editing meetings, identify agenda topics, and communicate editing and improvement needs related to websites.
- Create and maintain documentation, including editing and website support requests and resources.
- Ensure adherence to Medicaid policies, rules, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, communications, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in website editing and content management.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with accessibility and plain language standards.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and similar content management systems.
