Overhead Doors has IMMEDIATE opportunities in Manchester, New Hampshire to join our private fleet of Over-the Road (OTR) Class A CDL truck drivers . We are looking for an experienced CDL A Truck Driver that preferably resides in or around the Manchester, New Hampshire surrounding area that has the ability to transport loads across Canada. At C.H.I. Overhead Doors, we understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance. Our drivers get weekly home time You wont have to wait to know whats on the docket for next week. Our dedicated team of dispatchers provide you with a set schedule. Our drivers are notified mid-week, the week before, where their next freight run is and when they need to leave. At C.H.I. you can be part of our private fleet of CHI company truck drivers that deliver our product to our dealers. C.H.I. Driver Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have a class A CDL

Must have a minimum of one (1) year (verifiable) commercial driving experience

Valid DOT Card or eligible to receive one prior to hire

Must be able to lift up to 80+lbs repeatedly

Must be able to pass a physical

Highschool diploma or GED required

Must have Passport to travel in/out of Canada

Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background check - No felony on record

About the job: The CDL Class A (OTR) Truck Driver role is responsible for the operation of commercial motor vehicle tractor and trailer in compliance with FMCS regulations to transport trailers and goods on public highways and company property. They are also responsible for the movement, stacking and unloading all forms of C.H.I. doors and products at the service center, as well as customer locations. This is a physically demanding position where you will be expected to lift up to 80+ pounds in an unusual trailer environment. This could include the use of forklifts, jacks, carts, racks, pallets or movement of boxes, packages or other support components. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* All runs originate for this position originate in Manchester, New Hampshire and will require ability to transport loads to and from Canada so residing in the Manchester surrounding area is a plus but not required. *Please note this is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.*
