We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Duties include assist customers with questions and recommendations manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register maintain security of cash and protect company assets keep the store well-stocked recover merchandise receive merchandise help with unloading trucks stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards ensure positive safe respectful environment professional friendly interactions customers associates leaders clean store including cleaning and restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring all areas neat presentable other duties as assignedQualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store environment highly preferred ability follow instructions interpret operational documents required must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs floor above shoulder height meet demands frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting excellent customer service relationship management skills strong organizational communication skills strong problem-solving decision-making skills Benefits
