About the Role



  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

  • Work closely with customers to understand product/service capabilities and operations, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip customers with standard operational procedures, as well as offer coaching and expertise to resolve technical and procedural difficulties.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including product, service delivery, and other departments, to address unforeseen issues and situations that may impact customer experience.

  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent understanding of technical concepts and products/services, with ability to apply this knowledge to provide effective support.

  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, with ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including product, service delivery, and other teams, to achieve common goals.
