- Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
- Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
- Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives
- Developing job postings, searching/screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
- Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities
- A desire to build a careering in Recruiting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- 2+ years in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
- Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development
- Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire to succeed
- Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Business Development Representative - Judge Direct Placement
The Judge Group is looking for a Business Development Representative to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.
