    The Corporate office is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. As a benefit of this position, it will be remote. However, the candidate must be able to go into a C&W office as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and ensure accuracy of ADP Workforce Now
    • Participates in full life cycle recruiting activities with a sense of urgency
    • Assist with employment advertising and candidate screening
    • Assists with scheduling interviews
    • Ensures recruiting process is progressing appropriately
    • Distributes recruiting materials
    • Identifies additional recruitment sources
    • Coordinates with staffing partners on difficult to fill positions
    • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Assists with paperwork management
    • Run reports as requested
    • Assist Corporate Team Leads with administrative tasks as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
    • HR internship or two years of administrative support experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal and human resource terminology preferred.
