    Our top candidates will bring at least two years of human resources experience as an assistant or coordinator, preferably in a medium to large company or medical practice.

    Role Overview:

    The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to HR Director. The HR Assistant will assist with various tasks related to employee management, documentation, and communication.

    Responsibilities
    • Ensure 401k changes and updates
    • Process discrepancy reports
    • Process recurring benefit payments/arrearages
    • Process payroll updates
    • Approve submitted benefit elections
    • Review I9's for accuracy and corrections
    • Assist with reviewing new hire drafts to ensure accuracy ahead of start date.
    • Audit data migration input into ESP University.
    • Communicate with field managers regarding new hire ESPU training status.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma is required
    • Aptitude for working with people.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in data entry, receptionist work, or clerical assistance is a plus.
