Massage Therapist Position at our Successful Clinic

Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join our thriving clinic. The ideal candidate will personalize massage treatments based on each patient's unique requirements and health objectives. Extensive knowledge of various massage techniques, human anatomy, and the musculoskeletal system is essential. Collaboration within our holistic wellness team is key as this role is set to evolve into a full-time position with our ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities:

Administer a range of massage and body treatments, primarily focusing on therapeutic massage
Provide insight to clients on available services, products, and the therapeutic advantages of regular massage therapy
Maintain detailed session records
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
Develop rapport with clients to support them in achieving wellness objectives
Ensure a hygienic and secure environment
Adherence to all relevant standards, policies, and regulations

Qualifications:

Possess a current state license and liability insurance for practicing massage therapy
Competent in deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage techniques
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Client-focused with the ability to engage effectively on a personal level
Demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity
Passionate about enhancing the well-being and confidence of others
