    Service Sales Representative

Our team provides services on Kitchen Ventilation Systems inclusive of air purification, pollution control and exhaust fans, Exhaust Hood Cleaning, Fire Protection, and Grease Trap cleaning & inspection. Our vertical market penetration expands to any business that does commercial cooking including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long term care, K-12 schools, colleges & universities, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more.

    Over the past several years Nelbud has proven to be resilient and successful during times of national economic hardship and pandemics and a leader in market penetration and geographic expansion. We are looking for a Rockstar Service Sales Representative to help us grow

    What you will bring to NELBUD.

    • Successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus
    • Consultative selling approach
    • Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
    • Previous experience working with CRM programs
    • Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms. Be able to use a ladder, inspection tools, and camera as needed

    Here are a few things you will be responsible for.

    • Full cycle selling which includes prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment.
    • Target our key verticals which are restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges & universities, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more.
    • Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements.
    • Work with prospects in a consultative capacity as a life safety expert.
