Description

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Company: Healthcare Facility

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Charting interdisciplinary progress notes in a detailed and informative way to accurately represent resident care.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed; Ensuring precise maintenance of drug and narcotic records for each shift; promptly reporting any discrepancies to the nurse manager; and safely disposing of medications.
Collaborating with the care plan team to identify residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and recreational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing, or Recent Graduates
Valid Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License
Current CPR Certification
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English
Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
