You will help our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible for our residents.Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain appropriate resident careAssess current and prospective residentsParticipate in care conferences with familiesEnsure compliance with all regulatory bodiesHire, train, and supervise clinical staffFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesQualifications:Current state Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBSN, desiredThree years clinical experiencePrevious experience supervising staffGeriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desiredPassion and drive for helping othersA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetAt Edgewood, vaccinations are a choice.
