    Position Summary

    The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Department of Neurosurgery, in collaboration with FirstHealth of the Carolinas, seeks an outstanding candidate for a full-time Neurosurgeon at our clinical practice in Pinehurst, NC.

    Since 2008, these two outstanding healthcare organizations have teamed up to provide high quality neurosurgical care to Pinehurst and its surrounding communities. The practice provides care for patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    An MD is required for this position. Applicants must have completed a residency in neurosurgery. Applicants must also be board eligible or board certified in neurosurgery, and this position requires an NC medical license and DEA.

    Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

    Clinical experience preferred.
