    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionSmartWay is currently looking for a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join the team in Knoxville, TN.Excellent Benefit PackageAdvancement OpportunitiesClosed on SundaysCompetitive starting pay rate of up to $18 per hour based on experienceSmartWay is a Knoxville based retailer offering home furnishings, appliances, electronics, and even tires on a Lease/Rent-to-own basis.

    We are the home of "Pay Your Way" allowing our customers to customize their rental purchase payments and change them on the fly at any time.

    As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in the success of the store by consistently delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing agreements.

    This role also processes renewal payments with a high level of customer service. Additionally, our Sales Associate ensures the showroom floor is well-maintained and provides a warm, friendly environment for our customers.


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent1 year of retail sales experienceBilingual with English and Spanish
