~ Safely and timely performs spot-welding on metal liners according to customer's requirements, print specifications, as well as quality and production standards in order to meet the customers' delivery schedule.
Key Duties for Spot Welder | Fabrication | Assembly positions:
Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures, including wearing all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as requiredSet up and operate different types of spot welders for galvanized steel.
Forms liners within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the blueprints/routesheetsFit and position product weldments having a number of parts, using welding fixtures, jigs and rollers whereapplicable
Utilizes mechanical ability, work instructions and hand tools to complete dailytasks
