- Manage and reconcile accounting budgets for the department, including purchasing, invoices, and travel.
- Track, monitor, and manage supplies and fixed assets inventory.
- Develop and maintain a weekly NROTC tracking system database to organize cadets in NROTC.
- Manage event planning logistics and assist with outreach efforts.
- Coordinate office resources materials, both print and on-line.
- Maintain confidentiality, good judgment, and discretion in all areas of work.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned or as appropriate.
- Experience in budget administration, including calculating and reconciling budgets.
- Experience in organizing data and establishing and maintaining confidential files in automated and paper formats.
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, listening).
- Ability to compose and prepare correspondence and complete reports and forms.
- Ability to plan and schedule administrative support for programs and events.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and web page maintenance.
- College level coursework, especially in accounting and business, or equivalent applicable experience or training.
