    Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Taylor, MI, for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position that requires the SLP to work onsite, providing invaluable support to students in need.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students based on their unique needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students to improve their speech and language skills.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
    • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to discuss student goals and progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
    • Valid Michigan state license or eligible for licensure as an SLP.
    • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
    • Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and fellow professionals.
    • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
