Buffalo: Ridgehaven Circle, 3rd Ave NE, Teal Court, 16th Street S, Buffalo Ridge Drive, 10th Street NE, Meadow Drive, Lakeview Pkwy, 7th Street NW, Forest Ridge Lane
Maple Lake: 8th Street NW
Monticello: Mississippi Drive, Nicholas Circle, E 7th Street, W Broadway Street
Saint Michael: Ash Ave NE, Edgewood Drive SE

REQUIREMENTS FOR CAREGIVER/DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL ROLE:

No High School Diploma required
No prior experience needed
Key Skills: Communication, adaptability, teamwork, time-management
Desired Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
Driver's License and access to a vehicle required
