Position Overview:

Captain Kicks Soccer and Young Ninjas USA, leaders in youth soccer and Martial Arts enrichment classes, seek a very friendly and highly organized Program Director.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the exceptional quality of our programs as we expand. The Program Director will oversee scheduling, recruitment, inventory management, and the coordination of our dedicated team of instructors.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Posting new job openings
Screening candidates and conducting in-person interviews
Onboarding new coaches via orientation
Managing coaching schedules, addressing call-offs, and arranging coverage as needed
Overseeing coaching equipment and inventory to ensure adequacy
Monitoring performance metrics through KPIs
Ensuring accuracy and completion of timesheets for all instructors
Managing bi-weekly payroll
Facilitating communication through Slack
Scheduling observations and tracking enrollment
Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements (Ideal Candidate):

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Familiarity with Slack
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Strong organizational skills
Energetic and approachable demeanor
