- Recruitment Strategy Development - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.
- Team Management - Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Candidate Screening & Pipeline Management - Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Maintain a consistent pipeline of screened candidates for future positions.
- Partnership Management - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance candidate pipelines.
- Analytics & Reporting - Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Leverage an ATS to maintain recruitment progress and streamline the hiring process.
- Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills which maintain high performance and develop future talent.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
