    Summary Objective
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Associate to join our dynamic team.

    The Parts Associate will play a crucial role in our operations by managing inventory, fulfilling kit pulls, and ensuring the availability of parts for various projects.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of inventory management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Kit Pulling:
    Accurately pull and assemble kits of parts based on work orders or project specifications.
    Ensure that all components are included in each kit, checking for accuracy and completeness.

    Inventory Management:
    Maintain an organized and efficient parts storage area.
    Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to track stock levels.
    Communicate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.

    Order Fulfillment:
    Process parts requests from various departments in a timely manner.
    Ensure that all orders are picked accurately.

    Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
    Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
