Responsibilities
- Lead or be part of a remote client service crew to deliver top-notch support and keep our clients happy
• Use all the cool virtual tools out there to manage and support your team no matter where they re based
• Soak up all that knowledge from their leadership squad learning the ropes and picking up invaluable skills
• Help their customer service game level up by bringing in fresh ideas and making things run smoother than ever
• Keep it pro at all times delivering A+ service and building solid relationships with our clients
