JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing various nursing tasks for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Tasks include providing basic nursing skills, personal care, restorative skills, mental health support, and more. Ensures patient care aligns with the Living Center's Scope of Service, adheres to corporate compliance programs, and promotes patient safety.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education & Experience: Wyoming CNA certification required at the time of hire and renewal, BLS certification required at the time of hire and renewal.
Preferred Education & Experience: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations effectively.
FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS:
Physical Requirements: Employee must be physically active, including heavy lifting, pushing, and bending. Must have adequate sight/hearing abilities and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work standing, walking, and sitting intermittently.
