Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase materials equipment supplies and services in alignment with approved purchase ordersNegotiate pricing terms delivery schedules with vendorsEvaluate vendor quotations services to determine best value suppliersSupport vendor analysis cost reduction initiatives supplier performance trackingCreate process track expedite purchase orders to ensure on time deliveryMaintain accurate purchasing documentation system recordsSupport Supply Chain activities for NPI projects including PO development trackingManage support procurement of software related SoWs licensing agreementsBuild maintain effective vendor relationshipsCollaborate internal stakeholders to meet procurement project requirementsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent years of experience in procurement purchasing or related fieldWorking knowledge of purchasing processes vendor negotiations supplier managementAbility plan prioritize manage multiple tasks under general supervisionStrong attention detail organizational skillsPreferredBachelor degree in Business Supply Chain or related fieldExperience supporting software procurement SoWs licensing purchase ordersFamiliarity purchasing systems supply chain operationWork Environment onsite rolePPE provided
