    Are you the go-to person on your team, known for your knack in helping others succeed? Are you eager to expand your skills in training and enablement? As a Revenue Enablement Specialist , you'll closely collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and deliver training programs for our revenue teams. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our revenue teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in their roles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to NinjaOne's growth by optimizing sales processes and enhancing efficiency across the revenue organization.
    Location: Based in the heart of Austin, TX , this hybrid role primarily operates from our downtown office. You'll be in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays ; Forget about parking woes - we've got it covered
    Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Sales Training & Onboarding : Assist in the development and delivery of training for our revenue teams focusing on sales tools, specifically our sales enablement platform, Highspot.
    • Content Assistance : Collaborate with Product Marketing to update and curate sales enablement content, including presentations, sales collateral, and competitive intelligence materials.
    • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and workflows, working alongside cross-functional teams to implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
    • Tools & Technology Enablement : Support the administration of sales enablement tools and platforms, providing training and assistance to our revenue teams to optimize their productivity.
    • Sales Enablement Metrics & Analytics : Assist in gathering reporting of metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and contribute to data analysis efforts to drive continuous improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering alignment and collaboration across departments to support revenue enablement efforts.
    • Industry Trends : Proactively stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales & revenue enablement and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement based on market dynamics.


    About You:

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Familiarity with e-learning tools and remote training methodologies.
    • General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, or content management systems; experience with WorkRamp is a plus.
    • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
