    We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Care Agent to join our dedicated customer care team at IGT Solutions.

    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving their inquiries promptly and professionally. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction, build positive relationships, and maintain a high level of service quality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with their daily travel needs, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, car rentals, and activities.
    • Receive contacts from customers and suppliers, and provide needed assistance via phone, email, and chat.
    • Make outbound contacts to proceed with received requests.
    • Handle cases that require dedication skills or more difficult scenarios, assigned by Team Managers or Team Captains.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Spanish language.
    • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Call Center Representative or Customer Service Representative.
    • Experience working as a Hotel front desk or Receptionist may also be considered.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
