Job Description

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our prestigious property. As a key member of our team, the Landscaping Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of landscaping professionals to ensure the grounds are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
Plan and execute landscaping projects, including planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control.
Ensure that all landscaping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Monitor the health and appearance of plants, trees, and turf, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
Collaborate with the Club management to develop and implement landscaping plans that enhance the beauty and functionality of the property.
Train and mentor landscaping team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain accurate records of landscaping activities, including inventory, expenses, and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in landscaping operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscaping maintenance and supervision.
Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
