- Monitor INET queue and download of INET orders as back up for primary order entry personnel.
- Input orders of new sales and repairs into our business system.
- Assign RA numbers and communicate statuses to customers.
- Correspond with customers regarding repair quote, status of repair results and inbound inspection of repair.
- Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding repair quotes, open RAs and customers acceptance of work.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email.
- Prepare and assist in preparation of monthly reports.
- Assist in other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience working in Customer Service or Sales department.
- High School Diploma or GED.

The Job:
This position will be responsible for providing back-up assistance and coverage for inbound repair coordination and new order entry. Order Entry/ Repair Coordinators will be reporting to the Manager Repair of Field Services.
