    Description

    Chief of Staff KC is working with a local partner to identify a General Manager Apply if interested.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the day-to-day operational activities of the center, including staff supervision, risk management, marketing, safety/security, maintenance, and tenant placement.
    • Manage the financial aspects of the location, such as budgeting, reforecasting, and net income improvement.
    • Handle lease management, including setup and termination of leases, payables and receivables management, and operating expense escalations.
    • Maintain compliance with OSHA, crime statistics, and applicable regulations.
    • Contract with vendors and monitor contractor performance.
    • Oversee property needs and recommend improvements.
    • Monitor on-site tenant construction for compliance with approved plans.
    • Ensure innovative, targeted, and effective marketing programs.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with the local community and stay informed on political and regulatory changes.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Hire, train, and supervise center personnel.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 3-5 years of related experience, including 3 years in management.
    • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate, including finance, leasing, legal, construction, and operations.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and financial analysis skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
