    Join usPurpose of Job:
    Provides the primary interface between Information Services and all IBSA employees and distributors and also responsible for performing analysis and finding solutions to complex business or technical problems

    Job Components:
    Provide technical phone support for all IBSA systemsBuilds and configures user machines.
    Supports Smart phones.
    Document, log, and assign all reported problems to appropriate departmentsPerform system analysis and identify solutions to technical problemsPrepare and maintain documentation (i.e... problem resolutions, procedures, etc.)Identify and implement procedural improvements and process improvementProvide production support activities for assigned systemsDevelop and communicate project/task estimates and project work plansOccasional on-call and after-hours duties.


    Qualifications:
    College degree in computer related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years experience in technical customer serviceMinimum 2 years experience in information processingAble to work effectively

    Scope Data:
    Work with other departments and user community in problem solving

    Work Environment:
    Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
    Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle.
    Ability to talk and hear.
    Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
