Job Description:

As a Mid-level and Senior Azure API and Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining API solutions using Azure services.

You will play a crucial role in integrating various systems and ensuring seamless data flow across different platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement APIs using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
Manage and monitor Azure Service Bus and API gateways, ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain a management plane, self-hosted gateway, and developer portal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate systems using Azure services.
Develop and optimize Python scripts and REST API solutions for various applications.
Ensure compliance with best practices in API development and Azure service utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and API integrations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in API development and integration.
Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
Strong experience in Python programming and REST API development.
Familiarity with API gateway and management plane concepts.
Knowledge of CIS NIST standards and experience in government-specific IT environments (preferred).
Background in healthcare IT systems and compliance with HIPAA regulations (preferred).
