    The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as clinical support duties. Full-Time role, Monday
    • Friday, opening shift 6:00am 2:30pm in our Edina location.
    A $1,500.00 sign-on bonus will be offered, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for a sign-on bonus.

    Essential Functions:
    Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo IDVerify and document insurance information as defined by current business practicesAccurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management systemCommunicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copaymentsChart preparation and managementMaintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networksMaintain timely communication with patients, families, and staffAny and all other duties as assignedEducation and

    Experience Requirements:
    High School diploma/GED or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelCustomer Service experience requiredAdministrative or Medical Office experience preferred
