    To drive and execute the consumer-right, brand-right and market-right product plan and merchandising strategy for Nike Swim capitalizing on athlete & consumer insights as well as marketplace opportunities and delivering against business objectives.

    Mine athlete insights, listen, filter/simplify then translate to a clear executable plan. Continue to edit and perfect to elevate product through athlete / consumer validation.

    9. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years merchandising experience, preferably in Apparel, Swimwear or related category
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Must have the ability to present a professional and informative product and trend assortment to internal and external audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google and Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge of product development process and brand management
  • Proficient in retail math
