TURCK is searching for a driven and experienced Director of Quality to lead our US-based operations in Plymouth, MN. In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in directing, coordinating, and administering our overall quality assurance/control systems. You'll ensure total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all US departments and divisions.

What You'll Bring to the Table
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Management with a proven track record of success.
Leadership experience (ideally 5+ years) to guide and motivate a high-performing team.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality challenges.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively across departments.
A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma a plus).
Proficiency in quality principles, manufacturing processes, and compliance regulations.
