• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with contracting and administrative tasks.
• Make outbound calls to new prospects and agents, informing them of networking events and training opportunities.
• Manage and monitor online communication through our CRM tools.
• Provide detailed notes and reports on customer interactions.
• Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
• Participate in training and strive to increase personal knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
