Role Overview:
The successful candidate will engage closely with cross-functional technical teams to gather and define system requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.
This role involves regular communication with stakeholders, facilitating a smooth flow of information to guarantee that objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop system requirements based on in-depth understanding of user needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear focus on achieving project milestones.
Facilitate risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity across various systems.
Assist in the development and coordination of system design solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
Coordinate with Hardware and Software teams to ensure timely readiness of software releases and hardware upgrades for deployment.
Perform thorough integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software and hardware components.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Integration.
Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of the system engineering lifecycle and integration processes.
Familiarity with various software and hardware environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with simulation systems and real-time performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian software tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
