    Sales Center Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and execute strategic plans to exceed sales and revenue targets.
    • Identify and develop channel partners, supporting business growth as directed by senior leadership.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team of Sales and Customer Service representatives.
    • Manage key customer relationships and develop strategic opportunities to drive growth.
    • Oversee the annual sales and cost budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage inventory security and condition.
    • Ensure all operations comply with legal standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
    • Mentor and develop new and existing staff to promote continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in related roles, with at least 2 years in leadership/management positions.
    • Strong management, sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Highly organized with a proactive approach to exceeding performance goals.

    Salary Range:

    $80,000 - $120,000 per year
