    K2Share, an affiliated company of K2United, is seeking an experienced is seeking a senior-level Business Intelligence Developer to join our Federal Team with experience using the Microsoft Power stack (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate).

    Your Impact:


    The Business Intelligence Developer will collaborate directly with our federal clients throughout the development process to identify and refine requirements, develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, obtain client feedback, and provide analysis and insights to allow the customer to make data-driven decisions.

    Design, Develop and test products or product enhancements.
    Provide program analysis across the array of products, meetings, and requirement discoveries.

    Ensure value is provided to all stakeholders through thorough analysis, ultimately defining any issues and the impact to our client's cybersecurity program.

    Engage internal & external stakeholders throughout our core processes.

    Do continual research, product reviews, sandboxing of analytics visualization tools, data science opportunities, data engineering, federal cybersecurity developments and cybersecurity technologies and landscape changes.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    3 years of Microsoft Power stack experience3 years of experience utilizing M and DAX to conduct data transformations and build complex KPIs and measures3 years of experience building Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong design aestheticProject management experience preferably within an Agile environmentClient-facing experience preferably in a consulting environmentAbility to work effectively with minimal supervision and contribute to a collaborative team environment

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Experience supporting US Government Federal clients.
    Knowledge of general cybersecurity concepts and terms.
    Knowledge of NIST Special Publications relating to cybersecurity risk management (i.e., SP 800-37, SP Additional business intelligence visualization tools.
    Data science tools (i.e., R, Python) and data engineering tools (i.e., Sql, Databricks, Datafactory, Snowflake).


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, MIS, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    Technical Microsoft Power Certifications or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
    Security+ or CISSP or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.


    Security Clearances:
    Must hold, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Federal Security Clearance.
