    Description
    Responsibilities

    Develops LCI management strategy, planning the approach and communicating the established objectives and manhour to ensure implementation align with the project deliverables

    Strategically advises team to improve on the guidelines, operating policies, procedures and plans to achieve the desireable standards

    Develops short-term and long-term work plans to optimise best solutions for project allocation of LCI Management System

    Recommends appropriate LCI Management System tools to track project deliverables and maximise team's performance output, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reliability

    Facilitates identification of risk in LCI Management System, ensuring monitoring and implementation of mitigation plan for data protection and security

    Manages and monitors LCI Management database and system through the established Data Management Plan, process flow, data collection points and output deliverables

    Manages and monitors the set-up of LCI data repositories as well as updating Client's Information Management system (i.e. 3D Model, Data & Document/Drawing's database or handover/completion system)

    Liaises with Equinor and various 3rd Parties (i.e. Consultants, Vendors, Subcontractor, and etc.) on LCI management, data management and interface management through discussion and meeting

    Liaises with project disciplines and 3rd Parties to ensure the information collated from various sources and engineering systems is consistent and complete before uploading to the client's system

    Responsible for liaising with Equinor Operations and Information Management team to resolve data inconsistency and ensure the availability of accurate and consistent data with problem free handover

    Facilitates improvement in Data Management Plan, assessing current talent, tools, systems and processes to raise team productivity and to streamline with business goals

    Evaluates team performance against deliverables and working on difficult issues

    Reviews stakeholders' feedbacks to improve LCI management system delivery processes, tools, service capabilities and support experience, ensuring timely and professional response to the occurring issues

    Assists in the implementation and training of information management to team members and 3rd parties, establishing service

    Requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or its equivalent


    6 years of working experience in Life Cycle Information (LCI) management with at least 4 years of experience in managing LCI at large multidiscipline engineering projects with oil major (i.e.

    Equinor)

    Experience in Life Cycle Information Management System for FPSO/FPU Project in Offshore and Oil & Gas team organisation


    Experience with Document Control management, engineering design systems and database management requirements and its related software like PIM, WINPCS, Aveva NET, Sharecat, etc.

    Familiarity with offshore and Oil & Gas sector Geospatial Information Software and Project Class Library is preferred

    Familiarity with Offshore and Oil & Gas project completion system and information handover system including data and documentation for operation/vital documentation and data

    Excellent knowledge and experience in various project life cycle information systems for meeting client's tagging, data and documentation requirements

    Meticulous to ensure consistency and completeness of information from various sources
