- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills are needed to manage consumables/equipment inventory.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license.
- Must pass an employment drug screen test.
- Must pass a background check.
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Perform various landscape maintenance and weed control tasks using gas-powered equipment, backpack sprayer, and hand tools as needed.
- Rodent and pest control at multiple properties.
- Planning and scheduling repairs, including 'turning' a property when a tenant moves out.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Performing general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Work closely with tenants in both residential and commercial properties.
- Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
