    Construction Customer Service / Warranty Administrator

    Our client located in Gwinnett is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Administrator.

    • The primary function of this position will be communicating with builder warranty personnel and homeowners to identify and resolve any warrantable items that arise after closing.
    • The Warranty Coordinator will schedule the job with the homeowner, order and track materials, input the data into work orders in Solomon, and schedule with the dispatch team.
    • Other functions include filing claims for manufacturing defects, helping A/R with the application of payment, invoicing, and check reconciliation.
    • The person in this role will be in the office full-time.
    • The position requirements are below:
    • Ability to pull information from multiple sources to create work orders.
    • Efficient and effectivein solving problems and completing tasks.
    • Ability to think quickly, make decisions
    • Excellent Excel skills are required.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills are essential.

    Salary: Base salary $60K's plus Benefits and the opportunity to work with a great team.
