    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    1. Customer Service: Greeting guests as they enter the cafeteria, assisting them with any inquiries they may have, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
    2. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the cafeteria area impeccably clean and well-maintained at all times, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring the overall presentation of the space meets luxury standards.
    3. Setting Up and Restocking: Setting up the cafeteria for service each day, including arranging tables and chairs, restocking utensils and condiments, and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
    4. Monitoring and Managing Inventory: Keeping track of inventory levels for items such as utensils, napkins, and cleaning supplies, and communicating any needs to the appropriate department for restocking.
    5. Assisting with Special Requests: Accommodating any special requests or needs from guests, such as providing additional seating arrangements or assisting with inquiries about cafeteria amenities.
    6. Adhering to Safety and Security Protocols: Following all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to hotel policies.
    7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other cafeteria attendants, as well as service professionals from different departments within the hotel, to ensure seamless operations and a positive dining experience.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    • High school or equivalent education required.
    • Hospitality Experience preferred
    REQUIREMENTS
    The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk' use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and length of lines such as those on graphs.
