    Job Description

    Position: CNC Machinist

    Location/s: Marion, OH

    Duration: Full-time, Contract to Hire

    Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available

    Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

    Benefits/Incentives: Insurance Offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both lathe and mill operations, with a strong emphasis on versatility and precision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine machining operations.
    • Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, with a focus on lathe and mill operations preferred.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

    Pre-Employment Requirements:

    • Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony + sex offender)
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
