Job Description (Posting).
To build and maintain connect relationship with the Client understand clients spend and business landscape to leverage HCLs delivery capability to grow HCLs business from the customer
To build a healthy pipeline in terms of EE opportunities in the account and have a healthy opportunity bid to win ratio
To create mechanisms processes etc to enable the delivery of an MSD project across various time zones
To lead guide engage manage and develop the engagement team
To support business development activities to source further business from the existing client along with Account management and Delivery Leadership
To guide manage develop and engage the team
To ensure the achievement of the delivery goal matrix the tool used to evaluate the people working on the delivery based on the success of the delivery by using appropriate project management and delivery tools, frameworks and processes etc
To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the engagement delivery
To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders
To ensure Delivery Governance through creating a facilitative operating environment
To lead the business review meeting with the customer and to ensure that customer visits by the client result in generation of additional business for HCL
To drive Organizational and Practice initiatives along with the owners of the Initiatives
To jointly identify value creation cases and consistently deliver incremental value to customer as agreed and signed off
To manage delivery for the account for timeliness and higher CSAT
Authority
Appoint Program managers
Decision on engagement specific requirements
Review and take decisions on escalated issues risks
Approve Program Charter and Program Management Plans
Approve program funding
Approve training needs for the engagement
Approve resource ramp up requirements
Approve procurement of engagement specific tools
(1.) To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective. (2.) To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs. (3.) To establish, track and review KPIorMetrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs. (4.) To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery.
Eg:
Works closely with other technical advisorsor CTOor CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issueorrisk identification, and resolution (5.) To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
