Oracle HCM Techno-Functional ConsultantExciting opportunity to work at an innovative technology and services company You will serve as a technical & functional Oracle HCM Consultant/Analyst, with a focus on integration of Oracle HCM with other systems.
The initial Oracle HCM implementation went live in Dec. 2023, and the current integration projects will be brought back in-house from an implementation partner.This is a
6-month contract to hire
position with an Atlanta, GA based client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on technical & functional integration of Oracle HCM w/ other systems & software
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM w/ other enterprise systems & software
Develop custom interfaces, data conversions, & APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between Oracle HCM & other applications
Configure & optimize integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enable efficient, reliable communication between systems
Conduct a thorough analysis of data mappings, transformation rules, & error-handling mechanisms to ensure data accuracy/integrity across integrated systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, & external vendors, to implement & test integration solutions in alignment with project timelines/objectives
Provide technical leadership
Expertise and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted operation of Oracle HCM & integrated systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies related to Oracle HCM integrations and recommend best practices to enhance system capabilities & performance
Document integration designs, configurations, & troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference
Train end-users & technical staff on integration processes, monitoring tools, & support mechanisms to enable self-service and reduce dependency on external resources
Participate in change management processes & governance activities to maintain compliance with organizational policies /standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years of Oracle HCM experience
Experience designing, implementing, & supporting Oracle HCM integrations w/ other systems
Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules & functionalities data structures, APIs, & security models focus
Integration platform experience (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform)
Knowledge of integration standards & protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues & propose practical solutions
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills & consultative personality
Ability to adapt & work independently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives
