- Conducts preliminary trademark searches
- Prosecutes U.S. and foreign trademark applications
- Maintains U.S. and foreign trademark registrations
- Coordinates with foreign counsel to establish, maintain, and enforce trademark portfolios
- Assists attorneys with opposition and cancellation proceedings
- Regularly provides our clients with status updates
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large trademark (foreign and domestic) portfolio
- Prior experience drafting trademark applications and e-filing documents required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Our law firm, a global law firm with 900 + attorneys in offices across the U.S. and around the world, offers innovative solutions to the legal and business challenges presented by today's evolving global markets is seeking a Trademark Paralegal, based in DC or Philadelphia, hybrid schedule - 35 hour work week
Their Trademark practice provides clients with strategic day-to-day counselling regarding selection, procurement, registration, licensing and enforcement of their trademarks and copyrights on a worldwide level. The paralegal will work closely with multiple attorneys to prosecute, maintain and manage trademarks for our global client base.
